Meat is great, but I

Meat is great, but I was promised some free bacon to make up for website overselling issues resulting in long delivery delays and I never received the bonus bacon.

Yum!!!

Cooked up one of these tri-tips recently using our favorite tequila-lime marinade and then dry rub. Indirect roast on the grill, with some smoke until I got the internal temp I wanted, then fired it up for a good sear at the end. Great cut of meat!
