An incredible opportunity
How often do you have the opportunity to learn from a great chef in a casual small group setting? What a rare and wonderful thing. Chef Matt is humble and genuine and clearly excited to help other people create great food. He can adapt from sticking to basics to (excitedly) getting into all the nerdy details, science, and creativity of cooking. Highly recommended.
