We make our Italian Sausage with fennel, caraway, black pepper, garlic, paprika and MI heritage pork. Although technically a mild Italian, due to the lack of heat, this sausage is not short on flavor! Even Frank, our resident Italian, approves! Great on a bun or as an addition to your favorite pasta dish! Deliziosa!
