Get your butcher's share of a locally raised lamb. Choose options of a whole, half, or quarter lamb. The price per lb is based on hanging weight: $5.99 per lb whole (Approx. $399 @ 80 lb hanging weight) You will receive a call from our butcher to process your order. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you are not happy with your initial consultation with your butcher for any reason, we will refund your deposit in full. FAQ Does this price include processing costs? No, there is an additional $1/lb cost for processing and bagging on the hanging weight of your lamb. What about specialty processing like sausage, bacon, or anything smoked? There are additional processing costs from $1 to $1.99 per lb on specialty cuts, sausage, bacon, or smoked items. Standard cuts like chops, roasts, and ground lamb don't' have any additional charges. How long does it take? Processing can take from 10 to 30 days. We will discuss pick up dates with you on your consultation.
