Great bones

I ordered the beef bones to make my own bone broth. All I added was some Redmond’s Real Salt and a dash of Herbes de Provence. Cooked with filtered water for 24 hours in my slow cooker. It made a delicious, concentrated bone broth that gels in the fridge. I saved the tallow from the top to cook with. Will definitely order again.
