Hidden Gem of a roast. Better than I could have imagined.
I cheated and threw it in the IP with some onions, garlic, rosemary and Short Rib sauce from Williams Sonoma (it's been a rough week, cut me some slack) and dark red wine. The roast was divine, so tender and flavorful. Not a bit of was left over, not even the gravy I made from the cooking liquid. Try this in your pot roast recipe, you won't be disappointed.
