Does this price include processing costs?
Yes, our price per lb on hanging weight includes all processing and packaging costs.
What about specialty processing like sausage, bacon, or anything smoked?
There are additional processing costs from $1 to $1.99 per lb on specialty cuts, sausage, bacon, or smoked items. standard cuts like steaks, roasts, and burger don't' have any additional charges.
How long does it take?
Processing can take from 10 to 30 days. We will discuss pick up dates with you on your consultation.
