Get your butcher's share of a locally raised heritage hog. Choose options of a whole hog, half, or quarter.

The price per lb is $4.49 on hanging weight. ( Aprox. $1,077 whole, $538 half, and $269 for a quarter)

The typical finished product is approx. 175 lb whole, 87.5 lb half, and 43 lb for a quarter.  

Custom butchering options include:

  • $1 - $1.99/lb. charge for sausage (Italian, breakfast, chorizo, or kielbasa)
  • Curing bacon - $1.5/lb

You will receive a call from our butcher to process your order. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you are not happy with your initial consultation with your butcher for any reason, we will refund your deposit in full.

Does this price include processing costs?

Yes, our price per lb on hanging weight includes all processing and packaging costs.

What about specialty processing like sausage, bacon, or anything smoked?

There are additional processing costs from $1 to $1.99 per lb on specialty cuts, sausage, bacon, or smoked items. standard cuts like steaks, roasts, and burger don't' have any additional charges.

How long does it take?

Processing can take from 10 to 30 days. We will discuss pick up dates with you on your consultation.
