The flat iron steak is much more tender and better tasting than a traditional flank steak. Definitely will purchase again.
marinated with Serranos, cumin, etc. grilled to mid rare and ate it with guac and sliced tomatoes. didn't;t even need a tortilla. flavor was great.
A great cut. FFT's given me an incredibly fresh, tender, and delicious cut of meat. Highly recommended. Did mine up at a medium heat in a cast iron pan --- mmmm. Definitely buying this again.
