USSwimming in meat
Knocking off a star because of a confusing web purchase process and admittedly, some user error. I was hoping to get these filets same day and ended up waiting 5 days for them. The website said they were available so I assumed the pickup would be the same day. Not the case here. I think it would be helpful to know upfront that any order placed, even if available, could take more than a few days to receive. A factor in my case might have been that I thought I was ordering 2 filets, but ended up getting 4. The website says "filet x2" which I assumed meant two total, not two packages of two. A bit confusing.

Amazing! I ordered these for Christmas Eve dinner and they did not disappoint. I’m so thrilled to have found a local butcher who knows there stuff!
USUpon arrival we learned that
Upon arrival we learned that the tenderloin had been cut into 3 pieces which was not what we ordered. It was quickly rectified. We purchased 3 different cuts of meat - bone in rib eye, tenderloin and NY strips. All were great!!
