Pork chops are a little slice of heaven. I was raised eating the best because my grandfather was a butcher. These are even better than I remember. They are full flavored, juicy and tender. Even the fat on them is to die for. I’m heartbroken about COVID but glad I found FFT during this time. Also, your service is bar none.
These bone-in chops are our new favorite! Just sous vide them for a long while (maybe 3hrs) so the salt & spices fully permeate and finish in a really hot cast iron pan w/pork fat. (We rendered our own from FFT pork belly). AMAZING!!!
