The pork porterhouse is a match made in heaven. Much like a beef porterhouse, it is comprised of two chops, connected by a bone. On one side, the tenderloin (think filet mignon) and on the other side a loin chop (think new york strip). Two delicious pork chops in one!
Because we work with real animals from small MI farms, size and shape may vary but our butchers are aiming for 12-14 oz. chops.
