USButterflied and grilled. Yum!
I wasn’t big on whole chickens before these. But, the size and quality is excellent. Spatchcocked and grilled the last two and they were delicious. Spice rub, indirect grill with smoke until I was at temperature; then cranked the heat and flipped them to crisp up the skin. Yum!
