Turkey magic

This Turkey turned out amazing. The taste and flavor of this bird was unlike any Turkey I’ve had before. Having it spatchcocked saved me a few minutes of prep. However the breast bone wasn’t snapped on my bird like usual when buying one but it was easy enough for me to handle. Great Turkey point blank!
