from $ 150.00
DEPOSIT ONLY. Final cost will be determined before order is completed.
Looking to stock your freezer, or to feed a crowd? Whole Heritage Hogs, pasture raised without antibiotics, hormones, or artificial or GMO feed, are now available, cut to your specifications!
Whole and half hog prices are determined by the hanging weight, which is the weight of the hog after slaughter, before processing. At $3.99 per pound, you can expect approximately 115 pounds for $650 from a whole hog, and approximately 65 pounds for $325 from a half hog. Your non-refundable deposit will then be deducted from your total, and an invoice will be sent for payment before your order ships.
If you choose the custom package, our butchers will reach out via phone to guide you through the cuts and various options available.

There are additional processing costs from $1 - $2 per pound on specialty products such as sausage, bacon, or smoked items. These are only available with the CUSTOM PACKAGE. Note that the additional cost only applies to the finished weight of the specialty product, not the entire hog.
Can I keep the bones/fat/skin?

How long does it take?
Processing can take from 10 to 30 days. We will discuss shipping dates with you in your consultation.
How long will it last?
Because of the way we vacuum seal our products, boneless cuts will keep for 14 days in the refrigerator, while bone-in products will keep for 10 days. In accordance with USDA standards, FFT guarantees all products that are frozen for 12 months from the pack date.
